May 2nd we gather in the park to celebrate the workers of our community and across the USA. Union and Non Union labor is what all of us do. We stand here united for living wages, safe working conditions, protected pensions, No tax on Medicare, expanded Medicaid, Healthcare for all, and against trump and his anti labor, anti human policies. We encourage everyone who attends to thank your teachers, thank your nurses and doctors, therapists, municipal workers, postal workers, grocery workers, pharmacists, gardeners, all who labor, including yourself, who make everything possible. A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
