We’re joining @ohio_50501 and the rest of the Lake Geauga Fights Back Network to protest ICE and the Lake County Sheriff Leonbruno who is colluding with them to kidnap our neighbors. We will march around from Painesville Square to the sheriff’s office. We will also be collecting donations to feed our community, including immigrant families many of whom have never had access to SNAP or traditional pantries. We’ll use any cash we collect to buy fresh, nutritious food. If you’d like to bring items for donation, we’re asking for hygiene items. Soap, shampoo, menstrual products, etc. this allows families to use their income for fresh or frozen items which can’t be collected at drives. Let’s come together and show them what Lake County REALLY looks like.
