From Rock against Racism in the 1970s to the activities of Show Racism the Red Card and Stand up to Racism today, the Paisley community has a rich tradition of standing up for our neighbours and standing shoulder to shoulder in solidarity. As the far right gathers force once more, we look back not to romanticise the past but to draw strength from it. What can we carry forward? What must we fight for now?
