Join our seventh rally and march to protest the outrageous assaults on our democracy, our scientific research, our universities & our health care! Every day we face more assaults on freedoms and institutions we hold most dear. Speakers will address the latest on some these attacks and on mobilizing to resist them. MUSIC: The Mitchell Park will play, and we will have singers. Bring your outrage, your signs, your voices, your chants, and your creativity! OPPORTUNITY: after the brief speeches, take the mike for a few minutes to talk about which cuts/assaults seem most disastrous to you and/or share ideas about effective ways to begin to turn the tide. MARCH: after the rally some of us will march with protest signs and music along University Avenue.
