Pflugerville has been organizing community protests against the deportation machine since last year because of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) facility at 20200 Algreg Street, Pflugerville, TX, used by Immigration and Customs Enforcement as an administrative and processing center. Indivisible 1431 has weekly protests to raise awareness about the facility - many neighbors don’t know about the facility or the community impact of having such a detainment center
