March for Mumia

Justice for Our Elders, Justice for All Political Prisoners, Justice for Mumia Abu-Jamal Join a 12-day 103-mile walk (all or part of it) from Philadelphia to SCI Mahanoy, Nov. 28 - Dec. 9. MARCH TO End Elder Abuse MARCH TO End Medical Neglect MARCH TO Free Mumia Abu-Jamal For nearly half a century, communities across Philadelphia, the United States, and the International Community have stood strong in unwavering solidarity against a corrupt and racist system — demanding freedom for Mumia Abu-Jamal and all political prisoners. Mumia has been imprisoned for over 42 years, enduring medical neglect and facing serious health challenges. His case is not an isolated injustice — it is a mirror reflecting the systemic abuse, racial bias, and silencing of dissent that plague our prisons. We march because: - Medical neglect is rampant in correctional facilities, robbing our elders of dignity and life. - Our aging prison population faces urgent health needs that are systematically ignored. - Our Political prisoners deserve freedom, not decades of abuse and suffering. Very few of the incarcerated have voices that go beyond the walls. It has been Mumia’s life’s work to be their voice and it is now our work to amplify Mumia’s voice and demand his Freedom. If you can join the walk for any distance, or you can provide any support, please find out more at: https://marchformumia.org/
