Neighborhood Restorations is a company that owns 925 affordable rental units in West and Southwest Philadelphia. In July 2025 they sent a letter to tenants and the city that would allow them to sell their property as soon as this July. The sale of these units to a private developer could not only displace thousands of residents but also cause increased housing costs across the neighborhood. We are calling on the city and owner to work together to keep these properties permanently affordable and to sell them to interested tenants at affordable rates.
