On Saturday, 7 February, at 11am, we will be holding a press conference in front of PBS, where we will explain the reasons for the national protest “Malta: No Music for Genocide.” 🟢 The national protest, which will take place on Saturday, 21 February, at 3pm, starting from in front of Parliament, is calling on Malta to withdraw from Eurovision 2026 as long as the genocidal state of Israel is allowed to participate. 📣 During the press conference, representatives of organisations and people from the arts scene will insist that PBS – the entity responsible for Malta’s participation in the Eurovision – withdraw from this competition, which is being used by Israel to normalise the genocide in Gaza and to conceal its colonial policies.
