MAY DAY ~ May 1st 4-6p.m. Visibility Event and Food~Clothing~Essentials Drive. The Visibility Event will take place along Bridge Street on either side of and along DiCenzo Memorial Bridge. Bring your home-made signs! The Food, Clothing, Essentials Drive drop location will be on 8 Depot Street near the Senior Center. Items collected will be distributed to several local free store and community closets based on their needs. May 1, 2026 will be a coordinated day of action where citizens are demanding: Tax the rich so our families, not their fortunes, come first: Disrupt the billionaire takeover of our country. ICE Out: Consider making signs Boycotting Corporations that support ICE (Hilton, Citizens Bank, Citgo, Chevron, Enterprise) Hands Off Our Vote: Defend free and fair elections.
