We meet weekly on the corners of NE 16th and Multnomajh to express our thoughts about the direction our country is going. One important goal of this event is to give seniors an opportunity that they might not otherwise have to make themselves heard on issues of national importance. Many of us have mobility limitations and use wheelchairs, walkers, canes. The site was chosen for its accessibility and visibility. That said, we have had people from all over Portland and all ages participate. Everyone is welcome; we have participants of all ages. We are committed to non-violent action and to making Good Trouble. Join us! This a local Indivisible event! A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
