The Baton of Hope is the UK’s largest suicide prevention initiative, and this tour is a powerful way to stand up to suicide, remember those we’ve lost, and celebrate life. The baton, a symbol of hope and unity, will be carried through our city by local heroes and those with lived experience. The route includes a stop at Fratton Park and will kick off on Portsdown Hill, finishing in Victoria Park. Let’s show our incredible community spirit and give a huge cheer to all the baton bearers!
