Princeton, NJ May Day 2026: The Working Class Over Billionaires

May Day Strong

May Day or International Workers’ Day is a commemoration of workers’ resistance. People of the Global Majority and all of our allies, workers of the world, join together every 1st of May to remind the world, and specifically to those who dominate the workforce, that we, the workers, are the ones who create wealth, and we don’t deserve to be oppressed nor excluded. Resistencia en Acción NJ is a grassroots migrant justice organization that works under the mission of educating, empowering, and organizing migrant communities to defend and protect our human and civil rights. We believe that worker power and active participation in our community is the basis for social development and empowerment. Join us in solidarity for our biggest event of the year! Our Demands for May 1st Workers’ rights are human rights! We need a living wage, safe working conditions, and respect. Not more billionaires. ICE Out! No separations, no concentration camps, and no POLIMIGRA. Our communities deserve to be free! No War! From Palestine, Iran, Cuba, and to New Jersey, we stand with the oppressed — not with the war profiteers or genocidal regimes. Let’s share among our members and allies. We will be having planning meetings on Mondays at 7:00pm in Princeton. We need your solidarity with the labor movement and ask that you disseminate this information widely. En la lucha, Resistencia en Acción NJ Please note: A core principle behind all our events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
