Starting Sunday, February 4th, JVP-RI will begin hosting a weekly grief space at the Providence Pedestrian bridge (officially named Michael S. Van Leesten Memorial Bridge) from 1-1:30 PM. We will be saying Kaddish, a Jewish mourning prayer, and we welcome other readings and rituals that allow us to grieve the over 26,700 people who have been killed in Gaza and the West Bank. You do not need to be Jewish to join us.
