Hidden Histories

PSL Chicago

✊🏾 Join us for Black History Month dialogues and activities on the revolutionaries they didn’t teach you about in school: the organizers, fighters, and visionaries who shaped the course of liberation movements here and around the globe. From Black Reconstruction to the freedom struggles of today, history shows that oppressed and working class people have always been the force that changes the world. 🗓️ Saturday, February 28 ⏰ 3:00-6:00 P.M. 📍 Wesley United Methodist Church (14 N May St., Aurora, IL) The stories of these revolutionary figures’ hidden histories remind us that progress has never been handed down from above. It has always been won through collective struggle. Come learn, reflect, and discuss how their legacies continue to guide movements for justice today. Let’s honor the past by organizing for the future!
