The cuts that Republicans approved and Donald Trump signed into law will harm Virginia families, burden our state budget, eliminate jobs, and create unnecessary barriers to healthcare access. Working Virginians deserve leaders who will fight to protect healthcare, not extremists like Lt. Governor Winsome Earle-Sears, who supports cuts that will hit working-class Virginians the hardest.
