Join Rutland County Indivisible every Saturday morning (weather permitting) at the corner of Route 7 (Main St.) and West St, on the edge of Rutland’s Main Street Park from 10:00-11:00am to express our continued outrage at the unconstitutional, anti-democratic, corrupt, illegal, and cruel activities of the Trump administration. We gather in solidarity and show Rutland County (and folks passing through) that their neighbors care, are paying attention, and are building a movement to support democracy and that there are actions they too can take to learn more and actively resist. Bring signs that speak to the issues but please no violent language. Dress warmly and bring others! Feel free to bring a chair if you don’t want to stand. Park on nearby side streets, but please do not park in nearby business or church parking lots. By choosing to attend this Event, you are committing to participate in a Non-Violent and Peaceful manner. You are also committing to de-escalation of any possible confrontations with others.
