This is a Stop the Coup Protest rally held by Biddeford Saco Area SURj.It is a peaceful rally. All who believe in peaceful resistance to the present government are welcome. Over the winter we are holding these on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. They are weather permitting. Starting in March 2026, we will return to our Friday afternoon time. Bring signs and noisemakers (please no whistles). This a local Indivisible event! A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
