PLEASE SHARE – URGENT PROTEST 🪧 against the potential opening of a “mega” ICE detention center in Salt Lake City, UT. Friday, January 16th at 9am at 1000 N 6880 W in SLC, UT. This protest is based on information leaked Wednesday that has proven accurate for other cities on the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet lists a million sq ft empty warehouse being considered for Salt Lake City, with a scheduled site visit for ICE and/or state officials at the time of the protest. This is an autonomous gathering of concerned individuals, not an organized protest. They may cancel their site visit. But we will be there.
