NO KINGS III - Sedona March and Rally
No Kings
No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings. We have the power and are claiming it together.
We are in a period of sustained national resistance to tyranny, spreading from small towns to cities and across every community determined to defend democracy. Our peaceful movement is growing and bigger than ever.
On March 28th we will meet at 10am at the parking lot of the Red Rock High School, 995 Upper Red Rock Loop Road where there will be a brief informational rally. Our group will then take 89A East to the Community Library Sedona, 3550 White Bear Road, patio-commons area, for a Freedom Festival rally with music and inspirational speakers. Limited parking will be available there for attendees with disabilities. We will have limited shuttle rides back to the high school if needed.
When our families are under attack and costs are pushing people to the brink, silence is not an option. We will defend ourselves, our communities, and our Democracy by protesting against this administration’s unjust and cruel acts of violence.
A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to this event.
