Stop the Trump Shutdown: SPOKANE VALLEY

Republicans shut down the federal government because they insist on taking away healthcare, jacking up health insurance premiums, and giving Trump another blank check to fuel his illegal power-grab. We’re taking action to demand Republicans end the shutdown by negotiating a bipartisan budget deal that protects healthcare and reins in Trump’s manipulation of federal funds. Democrats must continue holding the line and fighting to stop Trump’s authoritarian attacks on our healthcare, communities, and democracy! Let's get together and celebrate our ELECTION DAY WINS! And also, because our work is never done show some love and support for our friends at the Spokane County Library! They do SO VERY MUCH FOR US! We will meet at 3:00 by the front doors to drop them off some thank you cards and treats (feel free to bring non homemade treats or snacks if you'd like). Then we will rally in front of the library on E Sprague Avenue. The Library address is 22 N Herald Rd Spokane Valley WA 99206 We follow the PJALS Non-Violence Guidelines https://pjals.org/action/#nonviolence Hang out afterwards at Market Street Pizza 11420 E Sprague Ave Spokane Valley WA 99206 A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
