Rallies will be taking place around the country from 17-19 April to mark Palestinian Prisoners day. Israel is currently imprisoning over 10,000 Palestinians, thousands of whom are held in administrative detention without even being charged with any crime. Hundreds are children. These prisoners are routinely subject to prolonged torture, including rape and starvation, often resulting in death. Meanwhile, Israel is pledging to permanently occupy South Lebanon and carrying out horrific massacres in Beirut, trying to blow up any peace deal with Iran.
