On March 1, Florida is eliminating insurance support for 6,400 people living with HIV, removing the most common HIV medication from coverage, and dropping the income limit to below minimum wage. The state claims it saves $120 million. They won't release the documentation. These are working people. They stayed in care. They took their medication. They did everything right. Now they're being abandoned with 52 days notice and no plan. AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is joining with Equality Florida and a coalition of advocacy organizations to demand the state reverse course, show the math, and protect the health of people living with HIV in Florida.
