NO KINGS: NY-17 DISTRICT WIDE RALLY LOCATIONS A river runs between us. It does not divide us. There are moments when a community decides who it is. This is one of those moments. At Pierson Park in Tarrytown, and Memorial Park in Nyack - Westchester, Rockland and Putnam will gather on opposite shores of the Hudson, visible to one another across the water, standing together in a clear and unmistakable show of unity. In a time when cruelty is excused and power is hoarded, we are choosing something different. We are choosing democracy. We are choosing to be seen. We are choosing each other. Two parks. One district. No confusion about where we stand. Show up. Stand firm. No kings. Not here. -- On March 28th, rise up, take to the streets, and say it loud: no thrones, no crowns, no kings. We’re not watching history happen—we’re making it. Join us. A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
