We're holding a rally of support near the Tomah VA facility to coincide with the VA’s annual Veteran’s Recognition Day. You are encouraged to join us! We will be present at the intersection of Veterans Street and Superior Avenue at 9:00 AM holding signs showing our support for our veterans and active-duty service members, including support for the benefits they deserve. The Monroe County Democrats is very lucky to have increasing numbers of veterans offering their vitality and skills, joining us in our efforts to defend Democracy. All citizens in Monroe County have directly or indirectly benefitted from living in a community with a military base in our presence. Monroe County Dems wish to show our support of the American military’s long history of commitment to our local community, and more importantly, their sworn commitment to defend our sacred democratic republic and its Constitution. We’re making signs for the rally on Thursday, November 6, from 6 to 8PM at the Monroe County Democratic Party office (221 S Water St, Sparta)
