Stop the Escalation: South Bay for Peace

Indivisible South Bay LA

🚨 NO WAR IN OUR NAME: Stop the Escalation 🚨 The world is being pushed toward a wider war. Under President Donald Trump, the United States has expanded military operations abroad—from escalating strikes tied to the conflict with Iran to aggressive calls for military action across the Americas and the controversial cross-border raid that captured Venezuela’s president earlier this year. These decisions are bringing the United States—and the world—closer to a dangerous and unpredictable conflict. War is being escalated in our name. We refuse to stay silent. Every bomb dropped, every threat of invasion, and every expansion of military force risks more civilian lives, more instability, and more generations trapped in cycles of violence. The American people deserve a say before our nation is pushed deeper into war. ✊ Join us in peaceful protest to demand: An immediate halt to escalating military actions Real congressional oversight and democratic accountability Diplomacy, de-escalation, and international cooperation instead of war Investment in people and communities—not endless military conflict History shows that when ordinary people speak together, leaders are forced to listen. Bring your voice. Bring your community. Bring your conviction. 📍 Location: Hawthorne & Sepulveda 📅 Date: March 19, 2026 ⏰ Time: 5-6:30 PM War should never be decided without the people. Stand up. Speak out. Show up. #NoWarInOurName #StopTheEscalation #PeopleForPeace
