NJ: Rally in Trenton for the Climate Superfund Act!
Amidst unprecedented federal attacks on funding for climate action, clean water, critical infrastructure, disaster response and more, our legislators must stand up to Trump by passing the NJ Climate Superfund Act!
Join us on Monday, November 17th at the Trenton Statehouse Annex for the Climate Superfund Rally — a statewide call to action demanding that polluters, not taxpayers, pay for the cost of climate disasters.
As storms, floods, and heat waves grow stronger every year, New Jersey communities are footing the bill for damage caused by the biggest corporate polluters. It’s time to flip the script. The Climate Superfund Act would make oil and gas corporations pay their fair share to fund climate resilience projects.
This rally brings together environmental, labor, and community organizations including Food & Water Watch, Empower NJ, Climate Revolution Action Network, Clean Water Action, Environment New Jersey, Working Families Party, and BlueWaveNJ.
Together, we’re standing up for an affordable, resilient future where local communities are protected and corporate polluters are held accountable.
