Weekly UP Pro-Democracy Rallies Saturday afternoons from 12:00-2:00 Meet your neighbors at Bridgeport Way in University Place, next to Green Firs Towne Center. We gather in front of Homestead Park, just north of the crosswalk above Trader Joe’s. Free parking is available in nearby lots on either side of Bridgeport or around the corner on 37th St. Court. Bring a sign if you have one. Bring family and friends! We always have extra signs for new arrivals. We get tons of enthusiastic responses from passing drivers and pedestrians — smiles, waves, thumbs-up, and honks. A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
