Stand up for Democracy Saturday, January 10th at 10:00 am - 11:30 am Vacaville City Hall on Merchant St. This a local Indivisible event! Our Democracy is at stake, and we need to take back the House and Senate in November 2026. Bring your creative signs and flags that boldly express your message. Wear layers of clothing and wear comfortable shoes. Bring that unstoppable energy of a Peaceful American protest. Invite 3 friends, to attend the rally with you. Make a plan to go together and multiply our impact. Our chant is "This is what Democracy looks like". If it is raining this Rally will be cancelled. Do not step into the street and do not engage in any negative language or gestures. Don't take the bait! Make sure your phone is fully charged. There is not a dedicated restroom available, so please plan accordingly. A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
