Throughout the day, we will make banners and signs for the upcoming cross movement mobilization to Draw the line for people, peace, and the planet on Sept 20th. We will also run learning circles to share important cross movement learnings and wisdom. 🌍 Come learn about the basics of climate justice and why the fight is extra important in this time of itensified climate impacts and fossil fuel expansion. 🦋 Learn the basics about Bill C2 which would enable racist Trump-style immigration policies and undermine everyone's rights 🍉 Hear from anti-Zionist Jews about what it means to unlearn decades of propaganda and confront anti Palestinian racism 🧵Children and Youth 8-18 years can join our tatreez workshop to learn this traditional Palestinian embroidery practice steeped in practices of resilience and resistance.
