No Kings
NO KINGS Waltham
“NO KINGS” is more than just a slogan—it’s the foundation our nation was built upon. Born in the streets, carried by millions in chants and on posters, it echoes from city blocks to rural town squares, uniting people across this country to resist would-be authoritarians together.
Our first No Kings rally in June drew over 2,000 people to the Waltham Common to stand up for our democracy, the rule of law, and to declare that we would not bow down in the face of threats, targeted funding cuts or any other forms of intimidation from the Trump Administration.
This October 18, we'll be joining together with millions of Americans to show that our movement is getting larger and stronger, and that we will NOT be silenced. Join us on the Waltham Common from 10:30am-noon and then if you can, we invite you to head to the main rally in Boston which will take place between noon and 4pm.
A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
