Kia Tū Kotahi - join a National Day of Action to Move on the Move-on orders in your community!  People all over the country are getting organised to move on the move-on orders.  Join an action in your community: 📍Whangārei Meet Laurie Hall Park (Farmers car park), 12pm-2pm. 📍Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland 5pm-midnight  Meet at Aotea Square at 5pm, then hīkoi to Ellen Melville for activations and community connection.  📍Tauranga 1pm-3pm Holy Trinity lawn, 215 Devonport Rd  Kai, speakers, mobile shower & laundry unit. Bring a blanket to sit on and then donate at the end.  📍Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington 11am-2pm.  Te Aro Eats pop-up at Cuba Dupa Bringing the community together for a koha BBQ lunch, and to have conversation about the Move-on orders 6pm-overnight Common Grace is holding an event ‘Stop the Move-on Orders’ at Wellington Cathedral of St Paul. An overnight vigil for compassion responses to homelessness.  📍Waiharakeke Blenheim 2-3.30pm THE FORUM, CBD Connection, kōrero & kaputī 📍Ōtepoti Dunedin  11am-1pm the Octagon Plaza, heart of the city centre Writing letters to government MPs asking them to draw on their compassion and push back on the introduction of this callous legislation. 📍Ōtautahi Christchurch 11am-1pm. Latimer Square Chants, speeches, write letters to MPs and connect to support the community. Kai will be available.  Join your community to speak out and stand up against the Move-on orders and towards housing justice for all! #KickBackMakeChange #HousingNotHandCuffs
