Protest Citizens Bank: Round 2

Indivisible Newark DE

Join Indivisible Newark DE and Indivisible Highlands and Beyond for their second protest against Citizens Bank at the Kirkwood Highway location. When banks fund ICE detention, they are not neutral — they are complicit. Citizens Bank is a major lender to companies that build and operate ICE detention centers, profiting from a system that cages and abuses immigrants. We are coming together to demand accountability and to make it clear: our communities will not accept banks fueling ICE abuse. Event Basics Saturday, March 7th Sidewalk outside the Citizens Bank at 4345 Kirkwood Highway Parking Info A firm representing the shopping plaza told us we can't park in the plaza (which is private property) during the protest, even if we intend to frequent one of the businesses while there.
