Keith Porter Jr., a 43-year-old man, was shot and killed by an off-duty ICE agent on the night of December 31, 2025. The incident occurred outside an apartment complex in Northridge, Los Angeles, during a New Year's Eve celebration
On January 7th, an American citizen was killed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This killing is part of a broader pattern of unchecked violence, impunity, and abuse carried out by federal immigration enforcement agencies against members of our communities.
Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old intensive care nurse, was shot and killed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents on January 24, 2026, during an immigration enforcement protest where he defended women being attacked by ice in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
On February 16, 2026, Dr. Linda Davis, a 52-year-old special education teacher, was tragically killed in a car crash in Savannah, Georgia, involving a driver fleeing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents
A core principle behind all ICE Out For Good events is a commitment to nonviolent action and no civil disobedience. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values, and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events. All events should be held in public spaces or on public property.
