In Gaza, israel continues to obstruct education recovery amid ongoing scholasticide. All proceeds will go directly to: 🇱🇧 @tanseqeye_shaabeye_lebanon who provide direct aid on the ground in Beirut; 🇵🇸 @sfp.gazafundraiser who cover tuition fees for university students in Gaza. Shot during the liberation of southern Lebanon from Israeli occupation and at the beginning of the Palestinian intifada, the film follows two Palestinian girls growing up in refugee camps in Beirut and Bethlehem. They correspond via letters but can’t see each other because of border regulations.
