Join us at the nationwide Nakba Day protest in Sydney: one month from now. 🇵🇸 SYDNEY: 6PM FRIDAY MAY 15 - TOWN HALL 🇵🇸 May 15th marks the 78th anniversary of the Nakba - the date which marks the original ethnic cleansing and occupation of Palestine in 1948. Right now, we are living through another modern day Nakba as the genocide in Gaza and the occupation of the West Bank continue unabated - all in the face the so-called ceasefire. We have a responsibility to keep protesting as long as our government remains complicit by aiding and arming the state of Israel. This is a coordinated National Day of Action to commemorate Nakba Day. Thousands will protest in cities all across Australia to stand in solidarity with the Palestinians and to demand our government sanction Israel and stop arming its genocide. Join us.
