Redistricting Special Session Rally

No Partisan Maps Coalition

Florida is currently in a struggle for partisan power. We are seeing one party trying to draw new maps, cutting out voters to serve their own partisan advantage. Not only does this directly violate the Florida Constitution, it violates the will of the majority of Florida voters. Governor Ron DeSantis called for a special legislative session after the regular session ended in March, pulling lawmakers back to Tallahassee after focusing too much on culture war issues. A state budget failed to pass, as did efforts to advance redistricting. This is just one of potentially many special sessions that could be lined up for 2026. Tuesday, April 28th is the new first day of the unconstitutional partisan redistricting special session in Florida. Join the No Partisan Maps coalition for our mass mobilization to the Florida State Capitol to rally and then attend committee hearings with us to let your voice be heard!
